Manufacturing - Employee Handbook – Safety Guidelines

A manufacturing client needed to make sure that their employees were agreeing to safety guidelines. An intranet was developed in which new employees had access to the Employee Handbook. The employees were given 10 working days to read and agree to the 12 main safety guidelines. Automatic email reminders were sent employees, past due notices to supervisors. If new safety guidelines were released or modified the system would notify employees that there was a new guideline they needed to be aware of.
